The Army Painter | Ruddy Terra | Masterclass: John Blanche
Grimdark depth for weathering and rust
Ruddy Terra from The Army Painter’s Masterclass: John Blanche range is a highly specialised acrylic paint designed for authentic rust streaks and earthy weathering effects on miniatures. Co-created with legendary artist John Blanche, it is tuned to his expressive, gritty and gothic style, making it ideal for collectors, tabletop gamers and professional miniature painters.
Unleash the Grimdark Vision on your models
Ruddy Terra is part of the Masterclass: John Blanche – Volume 2 Paint Set and is formulated to create realistic rust runs, scarred surfaces and heavily worn metal textures. The acrylic formulation is optimised for heavy thinning, controlled glazes and layered weathering techniques, as showcased in the Trench Crusade – John Blanche Edition. On end-customer product pages, Ruddy Terra can be positioned as a key tool for realistic rust effects, rustic bases and narrative dioramas, as it works seamlessly with other Warpaints from the Masterclass palette to deliver the iconic, dark Blanche look on armies, skirmish warbands and display pieces. Retailers can present it both as a stand-alone bottle for targeted weathering work and in combination with the complete Volume 2 Paint Set, offering beginners and advanced painters a coherent, style-focused colour selection.
