HG Macross Plus YF-19 (1/100) – High Grade Transformable Model for the 40th Anniversary
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the legendary anime series Macross, Bandai Spirits presents the very first kit of the new HG line: the impressive YF-19 in 1/100 scale! This variable model offers not only an iconic design but also top functionality and clever transformation mechanics.
Three Modes, One Model – Fighter, Gerwalk & Battroid
Thanks to the innovative “Shortcut Change” system, switching between the three classic modes is effortless. The new system simplifies the transformation by using part-swapping, allowing you to recreate each form faithfully – without limiting articulation.
Exceptional Detail & Dynamic Movement
The YF-19 impresses with a highly detailed build made up of around 100–200 parts and stands about 21 cm tall when assembled. Articulated joints allow for dynamic poses, while effect parts such as the Pinpoint Barrier Punch bring the model to life.
Visual Highlights
The cockpit features a polarized canopy that changes color depending on the light – a real eye-catcher in any collection!
